King Richard Court was built in 1991. Visitors tell us that they experience a truly friendly, welcoming atmosphere that they feel the moment they walk through the door. The Court's very busy social scene is organised and enjoyed by the Owners themselves.
East Hunsbury's local shopping parade is within two hundred yards of the development and includes a Tesco Express supermarket and a pharmacy. Public transport is excellent with Low Liner buses running regularly from right outside the Court to central Northampton about three and a half miles away.
In addition to the spacious private properties there are comfortable communal areas which include a lounge, dining room and function room. A waitress served lunchtime meal is available from our cafe on set days of the week at a modest cost. In the event that an Owner is unwell, it is sometimes possible for arrangements to be made for a meal to be taken to their apartment.
