Located in the residential and in high demand area of East Hunsbury a short distance from the historic town of Northampton. King Richard Court consists of 52 apartments surrounded by a number of well-kept gardens.
We offer 1-2 bedroom apartments on 3 floors. Every owner will gain access to all the communal areas, including the café, lounge, games room, laundry, conservatory, car parking and our well-presented communal gardens.
East Hunbury's local shopping parade is within two hundred yards, offering all possible required amenities. Public transport is excellent with Low Liner buses running regularly from right outside the court to central Northampton

Fabulous, welcoming, caring staff and environment. Extremely clean. Staff go above and beyond and the new cafe is clean, the food is amazing and very reasonably priced.
